Mintium is a decentralized platform that connects collection owners ("Collection Owners") with customers ("Users"). We act solely as an intermediary to facilitate transactions between these parties.

• We do not own, control, or endorse any collections or items listed on the platform.
• We do not provide warranties, guarantees, or assurances regarding the quality, legality, authenticity, or value of any items or collections offered by Collection Owners.
• We are not responsible for any decisions, actions, or consequences arising from the use of our platform.

2. User Responsibilities

As a User, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You're solely responsible for any decisions you make when purchasing, interacting with, or using collections listed on the platform.
• You are responsible for conducting due diligence before engaging in any transaction or interaction with Collection Owners.
• You understand that blockchain transactions are irreversible and that refunds, exchanges, or reversals are subject to the terms set by Collection Owners.

3. Collection Owners' Responsibilities

Collection Owners are fully responsible for:

• Ensuring that their collections comply with applicable laws and do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
• Providing accurate, complete, and truthful information about their collections.
• Resolving any disputes or claims made by Users regarding their collections, including but not limited to issues related to copyright, fraud, or misrepresentation.

4. Copyright and Intellectual Property

We are not liable for any copyright infringement or intellectual property violations committed by Collection Owners or Users.

• If you believe that a collection infringes your copyright or intellectual property rights, you must contact the Collection Owner directly.
• We do not take responsibility for mediating or resolving such disputes. However, we may remove content or collections in response to valid legal notices or if required by law.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

• We do not warrant that the platform will operate uninterrupted or error-free.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content provided by Collection Owners.
• You assume all risks associated with using the platform and engaging with Collection Owners.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any loss, damage, or harm resulting from transactions, interactions, or decisions made by Users or Collection Owners.
• This includes, but is not limited to, financial loss, loss of data, disputes, or copyright claims.
• In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mintium, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the platform.
• Your breach of these Terms.
• Any disputes between you and Collection Owners or third parties.

8. Blockchain Transactions

• All transactions conducted through the platform are processed on the blockchain, and we do not control or manage the blockchain infrastructure.
• We are not responsible for any transaction failures, errors, or losses due to blockchain-related issues, including network congestion, wallet compatibility, or user errors.

9. Modifications to the Platform

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the platform or its features at any time without notice. We are not liable for any consequences arising from such changes.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through arbitration in Norway, unless prohibited by law.

11. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our platform with a revised "Effective Date." By continuing to use the platform, you agree to the updated Terms.
